Not a whole lot of information on this one yet. Check out the link above for the best report. School shootings are not solely an American problem. Every country needs to plan for an event like this. One thing to note…like many other active killer incidents, the suspect here carried TWO guns. If you intervene in such an event, always expect a second weapon!
